TERMS & CONDITIONS

These are the Terms and Conditions that will apply to you booking one of our retreats. Please read them carefully as you will be bound by them.

• All retreat prices shown are per person and are quoted and payable in USD.

• For all advertised retreats and events, a non-refundable deposit per person is required.

  • All payments must be done in full upon booking your retreat.

  • Your tuition (minus deposit) can be refunded in full, if the guest gives a refund notice 4 months or more before initial retreat date.

  • 50% of your tuition (minus deposit) can be refunded, if the guest gives refund notice 8 weeks - 3 months before initial retreat date. 

  • After 6 weeks before the initial retreat starting date, we regret to say we cannot give any sort of tuition refund.

• Please take note that refund terms that have been discussed on a one to one basis, need to be claimed within one month of receiving the confirmation otherwise terms will be nullified and terminated.

• In the rare instance that the event you have booked has been canceled, the deposit and tuition will be 100% refunded (minus administration fee of $100)

Fees apart from the deposit can be refunded in special circumstances including:

• Serious injury or illness of the client

• Serious injury or illness of close family member

Kindly note that this refund policy only concerns the cost of actual events. Other arrangements such as travel expenses, accommodation, important documents (e.g visa) are the responsibility of the guest. 

The guest must inform us on our registration form of any medical conditions, pregnancy, disability or any other mental and or physical condition which may affect fitness to travel, including medications you are currently taking.

We will do our best to meet our guests special needs, although VEDA Wellness Retreats withdraw any and all responsibilities for injuries or illnesses. As guests are obliged to come prepared with health and/or travel insurances.
